→Unprofessionalism (1st offense)
→Not using SPaG (1st offense)
→Parking in middle of road (1st offense)
→Shift grinding

Strike

→Kicking all on accident
→Not using SPaG (2nd offense)
→Unprofessionalism (2nd offense)
→Closing tickets without reason
→Using custom :m or :h without approval
→Breaking Chain of command
→5 warnings

Demotion

→LTAP / Leaving to avoid Punishment
→RTAP / Resetting to avoid Punishment
→Arguing/fighting with staff or members
→Threatening a higher-up
→Inactivity (2nd offense)

Termination

→Starting Drama
→Not fit to be on Staff Team
→Lying to higher-ups
→Inactivity (3rd offense)
→3 strikes total

Blacklist

→Breaking Roblox or Discord ToS
→Threatening to Raid
→Kicking all on purpose
→Banning all on purpose

  • • Infractions are tracked cumulatively throughout your staff tenure
  • • Multiple infractions can result in escalated consequences
  • • Appeals can be submitted through proper channels with SHR+
  • • Transparency and consistency are maintained across all staff members
  • • Serious violations may result in immediate termination or blacklist
